Lakeside Living

The problem

Access from this residence to its lakeside dock was dated and in poor condition. Plants had overtaken a water feature on-site that needed to be reimagined. Sadly, a beautiful but diseased oak tree had to be removed. A garden shed needed to be enlarged and integrated into the overall design.

Our approach

Working with a local building contractor, and a gifted landscape architect we created a Master Plan. The plan addressed the homeowners’ desire for an updated design with beautiful hardscapes and a rich palette of plants. Additional retaining walls, patios and water features were added to the plan along with generous pathways and points of interest throughout the property.
